This week I ventured off from the West Side to explore Silverlake, a neighborhood I don’t go to very often. Driving there is a painnnnn in the booty. That’s the annoying part about living in LA. It’s hard to get off the couch and meet up with friends when they live in what seems like the other side of the world. Or at least the other side of LA. So, I compromise by finding cute and trendy coffee shops around the city to get that sh*t done. And thankfully, one just opened up down the street from my campus! It’s called Blue Bottle — it’s one of my favorite coffee shops on Abbot Kinney and now it’s even closer! Continue reading “On the Hunt for Coffee”
Today I had the day off from work and all that, so I convinced my brother and mom to go on one of my favorite LA based hikes with me.
