Healthy Sandwich

I just discovered a thing called apple peanut butter sandwiches and they are my new FAV! They literally take two seconds to make and are super healthy! All you need are apples, peanut butter and granola! You can also add raisins if you’re a fan… I’m not.

The first thing you want to do is cut the apple into circular, flat slices. Personally, I prefer using green apples. Then, just spread some peanut butter in between the slices (I use Whole Food’s 365 creamy organic peanut butter) and sprinkle on some granola and/or raisins. Voilå! You have just substituted your salami sandwich for an apple sandwich. NICE!
